The test specimenare produced by injection molding on a total of 25 machines.
The selection ranges from CAMPUS® test specimens to special test specimens (e.g. optical rectangular sheets). Subsequently these are either forwarded to the internal testing laboratories or dispatched to the customer.
The production of the test specimen is carried out with the aid of insert molds, this is in order to achieve the maximum flexibility possible and to achieve short set-up times.
Optimum connection and use of the Mold Control System in each case ensure consistent high quality and optimum reproducibility.
