Corrosion
This method is used to assess the electrolytic corrosion-inducing properties of plastics that come into contact with live metals.
The test investigates whether or not a specimen influences the corrosion behaviour of live brass foil, and if so how.

| Test specimen | 30 mm x 25 mm x 4 mm |
| Test voltage | 100 V (DC voltage) |
| Duration of test | 96 h |
| Test climate | 40°C / 92 % rel. relative humidity |
Results of the test method:Classification of the corrosion behaviour of brass foils compared to a standard.
